Digest fourteen days, agitating frequently; then draw off the clear liquor, adding 2 pounds loaf-sugar. No. 7.-BRANDY BITTERS.

Digest ten days, shaking frequently; decant the clear liquor, and add 1 pound loaf-sugar.
