Mix thoroughly, color, and No. 1.
No. 3.-COGNAC BR.A .. NDY. To 20 gallons pure spirits (10 o. p.) add:- 3 gallons pure Cognac brandy.
1 ~ ounces oil of Cognac. 1 ounce oonanthic acid.
:i ounce acetic ether. ~ ounce acetic acid. 2 ounces tincture kino. ll pounds loaf sugar. Color, and manage as in No. 1.
No. 4.-COGNAC BRANDY. To 20 gallons pure spirits (10 o. p.) add:- 2 gallons pure Cognac brandy.
1 ! ounces oil of Cognac. Ii ounces oonanthic acid.
1 ~ ounces acetic ether. 2 ounces tincture kino. l! pints simple sirup. Color, inix, and manage as in No. 1. .
