First dye the pattern to a full yellow.
a clean kettle of water ; when a little warm, put in for the above goods 2 pounds madder, peachwood, mun- jeet, or hypernick ; munjeet does very well ; put in your goods, keep them well handled, bring the goods to a boil, let boil till dark enough, wash, and finish.
