128. Gin Sangaree.
(Use BmaU bar glass.) The gin sangaree is made -with the same ingredients as he gin toddy (see No.134), omitting the nutmeg. FLU wo-thirds full ofice,and dash about a teaspoonful of port wine,so that it Tvill float on the top.
129. Ale Sangaree.
* (Uso large bar glass.) 1 teaspoonful of sugar, dissolved in a tablespoonful of water. Fill the tumbler with ale, and grate nutmeg on top.
130, Porter Sangaree.
(Use large bar gloss.) This beverage is made the same as an ale sangaree, and is sometimes called porteree.
