REGENT PUNCH.
1/4 pint of arrack. 1 cup of strong green tea. 1 quart boiling water. 1 do. boiling milk.
Mix all the ingredients, except the milk, and cork it close until cool; then add the milk. If made in larger proportions for bottling, it must be filtered.

Take 1 gallon strong brandy. 3 pounds loaf sugar. 11/2gallons water. 6 lemons 6 oranges.
Cut off the yellow rind of the oranges and lemons; macerate them for 24 hours in the brandy; strain and press. Boil the sugar in the water, adding the juice of the 6 oranges, and of 3 of the lemons; skim the syrup, and add it to the liquor. Lastly, filter through Canton flannel.

Take 1 gallon pure Cognac.
1 do. do. Jamaica rum. 6 pounds loaf sugar. 3 gallons water. 1 ounce green tea. 30 lemons. 7 oranges.
