132. Apple Toddy.

(Uso smallbar glass.) 1 table-spoonful of fine white sugar. 1wine-glass of cider br.andy. of a baked ajiple. Fill the glass two-thirds full of boiling water, and grata a little nutmeg on top.

133. Brandy Toddy. (tree smallbar gloss.)

1 teaspoonful of sugar, i-wine-glass of water. 1 do. brandy. 1 small lump of ice. Stir with a spoon. For hot brandy toddy omit the ice, anduseboiling water.

134, Whiskey Toddy. (Uso small bar glass.)
