"NOTA BENE," WILHELM'S QUELLE WATER T K- IT. COCKTAIL, Try a Cocktail in the morning of Brandy as prepared at the "Criterion." Vintage, 1865; S. & P. Whisky, 1873; S.& P. Gin,1875 ; or of S.& P.'s Imported St. Louis Sour Mash Bourbon Whisky. After or with lunch, CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL. Be careful and have it prepared in the following manner; use "Wachter." In a Champagne tumbler place a small lump ofice,three dashes of bitters, a little powdered sugar, a small piece of lemon peel, and fill the tumbler with "Wachter's" Grand Yin, 1874, Exb-a Dry. Sip through a straw, or drink through a finger strainer. One bottle of Wachter's Extra Dry, pint Wilhelm's Ouelle,two liquers orange Curacoa, the juice of half a lemon,some ice, wine glass of S. & P's 1865 Brandy,a little powdered sugar.
