I would state in connection with the above, tliat all Whiskies submitted for examination have to undergo a thorough analysis, and therefore the0. F. C. Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey being selected from the many samples submitted, must have been superior to them all, otherwise the contract would not have been awarded you.
