Tho brandy julep is made with the same ingrédients as Iho mint julep, omitting tbo fancy fixings.

The gin julep is made with the same ingrédients as the mint julep, omitting the fancy fixings. 91. "Wliiskey Julep, (Use large bar glasa.) The whiskey julep îs made the same as the mmt julep, omitting all fi:uits and berries.

93. Pineapple Julep. (For a porty of fiye.)

Peel, slice, and eut up a ripe pineapple into aglass bowl, add thejuice of two oranges, a gill of raspherry syrup, a gill of maraschino, a gill of old gin, a bottle of sparkling Moselle, and ahout a pound of pure ice in shaves ; mix, omament with berries in season, and serve in fiât glasses.
