Take 5 gallona sti'ong brandy. 3 do. plain syrup.
^ pint tinctui'o of lemonpeel. ^ do. do. orange ijeel, 3 ounces do. allspiee. ^ wineglassful tinetm-e of cloves. Mix tho tinctures with the Brandy, and add the syrup.

Take 10 gallons airack. 6 do.
plain sjTup. 2 ounces taitai'ic acid. 10 drops cil of cloves. 10 do. do. lemon. 5 do. do. orange. 5 do. do. cinnamon. 2 ounces alcohol (95 jjer cent.)
