HOT MILK PUNCH.

Fill the glass with shaved ice, shake well, and dress the top with two thin slices of lemon, and be r r ies in season. Serve with a straw. Arrack Punch. (Use medium bar-glass ). Tal-e 1 table-spoonful of powdered white sugar, dis– solved in a little water. Juice of half a small lemon. 1 pony-glass of Batavia arrack. 1 wine-gli|tss of Jamaica rum. 1 piece of pineapple. Fill the glass with shaved ice, shake well, and dress t he top with berries in season. Se rve w i t h a s t r aw .

Milk Punch . (Use large bar-glass.)

1 wine-glass of brandy. Take one tea-spoonful of fine white sugar. >s wine-glass of Santa Cruz rum. Small lump of ice.

Fill with mi lk , shake the ingredients well t ogether, s train into a large glass, and grate a little nu tmeg on the top. Hot Mil k Pu n c h . (Use large bar-glass.) This punch is made the same as the above, with the exception that hot milk i s used, and no ice.
