The small water glass should be poured only half or two-thirds full. The others are taken for their own virtues—purity or medicinal in gredients—and should be served in star champagne- glasses, and it is generally expected that they be filled "full up," though best form favors two-thirds full. Strong mineral waters should never be served on the side. Chalybeate waters turn alcoholic liquors dark. The more iron in the water the blacker it makes the liquor. Post Yourself.
