MIXED DRINKS.

COFFEE COCKTAIL. Fill mixing-glass two-thirds full of fine ice, one-half jigger sherry, one-half jigger port wine, one egg; shake well, strain in star champagne- glass, nutmeg on top.

GLASGOW FLIP. Fill mixing-glass one-half full of fine ice, juice one-half lemon,one egg,large spoonful sugar. Shake well; strain in thin lemonade-glass; fill with ginger ale,—serve.

REYNOLDS.

One jigger whisky in star"champagne-glass,

fill with Apollinaris.

PLAIN DRINKS.

Whisky, Brandy, Gin,Vermouth, etc., should he served in this manner: First place a water- glass half full of ice water on the bar, then place a dry glass with the bottle of liquor in front of the customer, allowing him to help himself.
