TEMPERANCE DRINKS. Milk and Seltzer. (Use large soda-glass.) Fill the glass lialf full of milk, and tlie remaining lialf with seltzer water. Saratoga Cooler. (Use large barglass.) Take i teaspoonful of powdered white sugar. Juice of half a lemon. 1 bottle of ginger ale. 2 small lumps of ice. Stir well, and remove the ice before serving. Plain Lemonade. (Use large barglass.) Take the juice of half a large lemon. iyi tablespoonfuls of sugar. 2 or 3 pièces of orange. Skake, and serve with straws. Egg Lemonade. Same as plain, putting in egg only; shake longer.
