Sherry Cobbler. Use Large Glass.

© NE tablespoonful powdered sugar dissolved in a little water. Fill gla^s with shaved ice. Fill with sherry; shake well. Ornament with fruits and serve with straws.

Sherry Flip. Use Mixing Glass.

NE teaspoonful powdered sugar: one wine -glass sherry wine; one fresh egg. Fill glass half full shaved ice. Shake well; strain into star champagne glass and grate a little nutmeg on top.
