2 or 3 dashes of lemon juice.
i wine glass of Holland gin. Half fill the glass with fine ice. Spoon well, strain into a sour glass, put in fruit, and serve. The best possible preparation to eradicate the fuz from a person's tongue after a night in Bohemia, where variety seemed the absorbing ambition.
RUM COCKTAIL.
Use a mixing glass. 2 or 3 dashes of gum syrup, i dash of bitters (Angostura), i wine glass of Medford rum.
Spoon well, strain into a cocktail glass, twist a piece of lemon peel on top, and serve.
MARASCHINO PUNCH.
Use a punch glass.
i spoonful of sugar dissolved in a little seltzer. i wine glass of brandy (Hennessey).
2 dashes of lemon juice. The juice of one orange.
