Spoon well, strain into a cocktail glass, twist a piece of lemon peel on top, and serve.

FANCY BRANDY SOUR.

Use a mixing glass.

J spoonful of sugar dissolved in a little seltzer water. 3 dashes of lemon juice. i wine glass of brandy (Hennessey). Half fill the glass with fine ice, spoon well, strain into a sour glass, put in fruit, top off with claret, afrd serve.

SILVER FIZZ.

I fresh egg (white only). Fill up the gla'ss with shaved ice, shake well ; strain into a fizz glass, fill up with seltzer, spoon well, and serve. 86
