r fresh egg. r dash raspberry syrup. r tablespoonful sugar. Fill glass with milk, shake well; strain m fizz glass ; grate nutmeg on t op. Squeeze .U lemon. r tablespoonful sugar. r dash orange bitters. r dash cream. r jigger Plymouth gin. Shake well and strain in st ar wine-glass. Grate nutmeg on top. HOOSIAC TUNNEL COCKTAIL.
