Raspberry Shrub ADD a pint of fine Brandy to every three ii quarts of Raspberry Vinegar just before it is bottled.

The Original Shrub

ONE pint of Lemon Juice.

Two pounds of White Sugar.

Three pints of Rum. Four pints of Water. Mix all well together, and let stand six weeks.
