Prairie Cocktail.
One teaspoonful white vinegar. One fresh egg. Dash of pepper and salt. Three drops Tabasco. Teaspoonful of Worcestershire.
Southern Club Manhattan Cocktail. Mixing glass. Two-thirds full shaved ice. One dash syrup. Four dashes Curacoa. Two dashes Maraschino. Two dashes Peychaud Bitters. One small jigger Italian Vermouth. One small jigger rye whiskey. Strain into cool cocktail glass, squeeze orange peel on top and serve. Don't put peel in glass;
Mint Cocktail.
Use large bar glass. Crush three sprigs mint, fresh. Two dashes Orange Bitters.
Two dashes syrup. One dash Apsinthe. One jigger whiskey. Cracked ice. One squirt seltzer. Mix with spoon, strain in cocktail glass and serve.
