Eagle's Dream.

Use mixing glass.

Half full cracked ice. One tablcspoonful of powdered sugar. Four dashes lemon juice. \Vhite of one egg. Half jigger Booth's Old Tom gin.

Shake well; strain into hollow stem champagne glass; add one-fourth jigger Creme de Rose; tloat with claret wine.

Tom Collins.

Use extra large bar glass. Three-quarters tahlespoonful sugar. Three or four dashes lime juice. Three or four pieces broken ice. One wine-glass Old Tom gin. One bottle plain soda. Mix well with a spoon, strain and serve.

Attention must he paid not to let the foam of the soda spread over the glass; this drink must he drank

Gin Rickey.

Use medium si:sc fc". One or two pieces ice.

Juice of one lime. One wine-glass gin. Fill with club soda or seltzer, and serve with Spoon.
