Sarsaparilla Syrup.

Ten drops oil of anise. 1 wenty drops oil of wintergreen. Twenty drops oil of sassafras.

Pineapple Syrup. Add one ounce essence of pineapple to one gal lon white syrup and half ounce tartaric acid.

Raspberry Syrup.

One gallon white syrup. One-half ounce essence of raspberry. Three-fourth ounce tincture tartaric acid. Mix.
