Whisky Crusta. Use a large bar glass. 3or 4 dashes gum syrup. 1 or S " Angostura bitters. 1 or 3 " lemon juice. 2dashes Marascliino. Fill glass half full of fine ice. f wine-glass whiskj". Before mixing the above ingre dients, prepare a cocktail glassin the following manner. Rub a sliced lemon around the rim of the glass, and dip it in ijulverized sugar,so that it will adhere to the edge of the glass. Pai-e half a lemon the same as you would an .apple so that the pai-ing will fit in the wine glass. Put the above ingredients into a small whiskj"^ glass filled one- third full of shaved ice, shake up well and strain the liquor into the cocktail glass prepared as above directed. Brandy and gin Crustas are made in the same manner, using either of these liquors instead of wliisky.
