Peach and Honey.

(^4 small bar glass.)

1 table-spoon honey. 1 wine-glass peach brandy; stir well with a spoon ; serve. This is a favorite with many.

PhiladelphiaBoating Punch. Use a large bar glass.

Fill glass with fine ice. 1 table-spoon sugar.

1 or 8 dashes lemon juice. 1 wine glass St. Croix rum. 1 pony of old brandy. Stir well. Dress with fruits, and serve with a straw.

Ping-Pong Cocktail.

Use a large bar glass.

2 dashes of Orange bitters 3 " " Maraschino.
