Bocky Mountain Cooler.

Use large bar glass.

1 egg beaten up. X table-spoon powdered sugar. Juice of 1 small lemon. Add cider, stir well, grate a little nutmeg on top if desired,and serve.

Roman Punch.

Use a large bar glass.

X fill glass with fine ice. 1 table-spoon sugar. 2 or 3 dashes lemon juice. Juice of half an orange. X pony Curagoa. X wine-glass brandy. X pony " Jamaica rum.

Stir well. Dash with port wine. Dress with fruit. Serve with straw.

Rum Daisy. Is prepared in the same manner as Brandy Daisy, substituting rum for brandy.
