HOT SPICED RUM.

Use hot whiskey glass. 1 lump of sugar.

; glass of boiling water, dis– solve sugar. A small piece of butter. A fe>v cloves or allspice; Fill up the glass with J ainaica rum, stir and serve.

IMPERIAL EGG NOGG.

Use a mixing glass. 1 fresh egg.

1 spoonful of sugar. ~ glass of fine ice. 1 dash of Maraschino. 1 spoonful of J amaica rum.

1 drink of brandy. Fill up 'vith milk.

Shake well, strain into a punch glass, nutmeg on top, and serve with straws.
