Thesameformula is observed asfor Lemon Ice, except that you use six oranges end tw-o lemons, grating the rind of two oranges, add ing it to the batch before it is heated.

GRANGE SHERBET

3 quarts of water. 8 pounds of icing sugar.

Cook the above to a boil,set off and add the juice of 3 dozen oranges, the gratings of two orange peels, juice of 1 dozen lemons and the whites of C eggs.

OXFORD CORDIAL

Another individual name for a special bev erage which is seldom made alike in different places. Generally it is served as a phosphate ivith lemon and raspberry syrup and a dash of Jamaica rum, with 4 dashes Dr. Siegert s Genuine Angostura Bitters.
