249. WIDOW'S DREAM COCKTAIL.
Use cocktail glass; 1 jigger ·benedlctlne, 1 fresh egg. Fill up with milk and cream, and serve. 250. WASHINGTON CLUB COCKTAIL. Use mixing glass half full of ice; 1 dash gum syrup, 1 dash of Abbott's Bitters, 2 dashes creme de rose, 2 dashes vanilla cor– dial, 1 jigger Hennessy brandy. Stir well; strain into cocktail glass; add stuffed olives, and .serve with Appollinaris fipllt on side. One-third jigger ' 'Forbidden Fruit'' cor– dial, 1-3 jigger Old Tom gin, 1-3 jigger Ital– ian vermouth, 1 or 2 drops Abbott's Bitters. Place one lump ice In mix– ing glass; put in the above ingredients; stir; strain into tall stem cocktail glass, and serve. Use mixing glass ¥.a full of lee; 1 spoon– ful syrup from Marron bottle, 2 dashes orange bitters, 1h jigger Bourbon or rye, 1h jigger French or Italian vermouth. Stir well; strain into cocktail glass; put one Marron in, and serve. 1 bottle cognac, 1 bottle sauterne, 2 bottles sparkling Bur– gundy, 1 pint curacoa (red), 2 bottles ca.r– bonated water, 4 oranges sliced and quar– tered, 4 lemons sliced, 1 pineapple sliced and cut small. Sweeten to suit taste; cool Q11dserve . 253. CARDINAL CLUB PUNCH. Five bottles champagne, 252. MARRON COCKTAIL. 251. FORBIDDEN COCKTAIL.
