50% Dubonnet 50% Gordon Dry Gin Twist of orange peel. Fill glass with cracked ice; stir, strain and serve in cocktail glass. EMERALD COCKTAIL

1 dash Orange Bitters 50% M. & R. Italian Vermouth 50% Irish Whiskey. Stir. Half a lime 3 dashes Maraschino 25% M. & R. Italian Vermouth 50% Old Tom Gin. Shake 1 dash Apricot Brandy 1 dash Curacao 1 dash Bitters 100% Rye Whiskey. Fill glass with cracked ice.

EMERSON COCKTAIL

Stir well and strain.

EWING COCKTAIL

3 dashes Angostura Bitters 100% Rye Whiskey. Stir.

EXPRESS COCKTAIL

1 dash Orange Bitters 50% M. & R. Italian Vermouth 50% Scotch Whiskey. Shake. dash Boker's Bitters 90% Rye Whiskey 10% Apricot Brandy glass fine ice. Shake, strain and serve. 1
