WHISKEY COCKTAILS. ForSideboard Use. (One Quart) § pony of Benedictine. I pony of curacoa (red). I pony of Angostura bitters. I pony of gum syrup.

Use a mixing glass.

Fill up with whiskey,stir well, pour into a quart bottle, fill balance of bot tle with whiskey and cork it. Brandy and gin cocktails may be made by substituting those liquors in place of whiskey. (For immediate use mix the above in a bar shaker; fill the shaker half full with ice; stir; then strain into a bottle until full and cork it). MANHATTAN COCKTAILS. (One Quart) i pony of curacoa (red), i pony of gum syrup, i pony of Angostura or Pey- chaud bitters. J bottle of vermouth (Italian). J bottle of whiskey. Mix the above in the same manner as the bottle whiskey cocktails.
