2 quarts of unfermented grape juice. I quart of carbonated water.

ANANAS BOWL. (ij Gallons)

Peel a fresh pineapple, slice it, place that in a bowl, cover with one pound of fine sugar, let it stand twelve hours, add four bottles of Rhine wine, place on ice; add, be fore serving, one quart champagne.

JERSEY LILY PUNCH. (ijGallon Mixture)

I mixing glassfull lemon juice. I mixing glass half full orange juice. I pound of powdered sugar.

Dissolve the sugar in the juice of the lemons and oranges. Strain into a punch bowl. Add J pint abricotine. 3 quarts Tokay or sweet ca- tawba wine. I quart apple brandy. Stir well; put a piece of ice in the bowl and serve in pimch glasses with fruit.

TOKAY WINE PUNCH. (ij Gallon Mixture)

Mix in a punch bowl.

Juice of 12 lemons, strain.
