Use mixing glass.

J French vermouth. \Italian vermouth. Irish whiskey. ^ glass cracked ice.

Stir, strain and serve.

BOSTON HIGHBALL.

Use highball glass. I piece of ice.

I slice of lemon. I drink of any liquor desired. Fill with water or ginger ale, and serve.

BODEGA COBBLER.

Use mixing glass.

I teaspoon sugar. 3 dashes of absinthe. ^ port wine.

Cognac brandy. Fill glass with ice, stir, fiU balance with syphon water, serve with straws.

BRAIN DUSTER.

Use mixing glass.

3 or 4 dashes lemon juice. 1 teaspoon sugar. 2 dashes absinthe. I drink dry gin.

I pony cream. ^ glass fine ice. Shake, strain and fizz. 157
