I dash aromatic bitters. J Italian vermouth. J Dubonnet. J- glass cracked ice.

Stir, strain and serve.

NEUTRAL FIZZ.

Use mixing glass.

3 dasheS lemon juice. I spoonful sugar. I egg (white only). I drink Tom gin. I dash aromatic bitters, i glass fine ice.

Shake, strain in fizz glass, half filled with sparkling water, stir and serve.

NOBLE COCKTAIL.

Use mixing glass.

I tablespoon creme de Cassis. I drink Bourbon whiskey. \ glass cracked ice.

Stir, and serve.

ORANGE BLOSSOM COCKTAIL. Use mixing glass.

I teaspoon sugar. i orange (juice). I dry gin. i glass cracked ice. Shake, strain and serve. 164
