MANHATTAN FIZZ.

Use a mixing glass.

3 or 4 dashes of lemon juice. I spoonful sugar. 1 fresh egg. 5 glass of fine ice. J pony of creme de vanille. I drink of Tom gin. J pony of cream.

Shake well, strain into fizz glass, fill up with syphon soda,twist lemon peel over top and serve.

MERRY WIDOW FIZZ.

Use mixing glass.

3 or 4 dashes lemon juice. I spoonful sugar.

J glass fine ice. 4 pony cream. I drink Honeysuckle gin. Shake, strain into fizz glass, fill up with syphon soda, and serve.

NEW ORLEANS FIZZ.

Use a mixing glass.

3 or 4 dashes of lemon juice. I teaspoonful of sugar. 1 egg (white only). J glass of fine ice. 1 drink of Tom or Plymouth gin. 2 dashes of orange-flower wa ter. J pony of cream.

Shake well, strain into a fizz glass, fill up with syphon seltzer, and serve. 24
