BRANDY FIZZ. Prepared in the same manner as the Plain Gin Fizz, using brandy in stead of gin. SLOE GIN FIZZ. Prepared in the same manner as the Plain Gin Fizz, using Sloe gin instead of Tom gin. ST. CROIX RUM FIZZ. Prepared in the same manner as the Plain Gin Fizz, using St. Croix rum instead of gin. WHISKEY FIZZ. Prepared in the same manner as the Plain Gin Fizz, using whiskey instead of gin.
IMPERIAL FIZZ.
Use a mixing glass.
3 or 4 dashes of lemon juice. I spoonful of sugar. S glass of fine ice. i pony of Santa Cruz rum. ยง drink of whiskey.
Shake well, strain into fizz glass, fill up with mineral water and serve.
INVISIBLE GIN FIZZ.
