SAUTERNE PUNCH.

Use a punch glass.

1 teaspoonful of sugar dis solved in a dash of sy phon water. 2 dashes of lemon juice;

Fill the glass with fine ice; Balance with Sauteme wine; Stir well, dress with fruit and serve with straws.

SLOE GIN PUNCH.

Use a punch glass.

I spoonful of gum syrup; 1 spoonful of raspberry syrup. 2 or 3 dashes of lemon juice.

2 dashes of Benedictine; I large drink of Sloe gin.

Stir, fill the glass with fine ice, dress with fruit and serve with straws.

SHERRY PUNCH.

Use a punch glass.

I teaspoonful of sugar. 1 dash of seltzer to dissolve sugar.

2 or 3 dashes of lemon juice. I dash of raspberry syrup. Fill glass with fine ice. I large drink of sherry wine. Stir well, dress the top with fruit and serve with straws. 45
