MAIDEN'S KISS.

Use pousse cafe glass.

i-S glass Maraschino. i-S glass creme de roses. i-S glass curacoa (white). 1-5 glass Chartreuse (yellow): I-S glass Benedictine.

Each separate and serve.

MANHATTAN SOOTHER.

Put into a highball glass; I piece of ice. J a lime (juice only).

I drink of Jamaica rum. Fill up with ginger ale; serve with spoon.

MINT MASH. Use an old-fashioned cocktail glass. I lump of sugar dissolved with a dash of water. 3 or 4 sprigs of mint. Fill glass two-thirds with cracked ice. I drink of whiskey. Serve with spoon. I barspoonful sugar; I fresh egg. 4 glass fine ice. Fill balance with milk. Shake, strain, top with nutmeg, serve with straws. 90 MILK SHAKE. Use mixing glass.
