MORNING DELIGHT.

Use a mixing glass;

3 or 4 dashes of lemon juice. I spoonful of sugar. J glass of fine ice. \ pony of absinthe. I drink of Plymouth gin;

Shake well, then fill fiz glass half full with carbonated water, strain the above mixture into it, stir and serve.

NOX ALL BRACER.

Use a mixing glass.

2 dashes of orange bitters. J wineglass Getreide Kummel i wineglass absinthe. J glass of fine ice.

Shake well, strain into high ball glass, fill up with syphon water and serve.

OLD-FASHIONED WHISKEY TODDY. Use old-fashioned cocktail glass. I teaspoonful of sugar dis solved in a little water. I or 2 pieces of ice. Twist a piece of lemon peel in the glass. I drink of whiskey. Serve with a small bar spoon in the glass. 91
