172. Old-Fashioned Whisky Cocktail. Take a small tumbler and put into it 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters, i lump of Ice, ' i glass Rye Whisky, r tablcspoonful castor sugar. Stir well until Sugar is dissolved, then squeeze lemon peel on top and serve in same glass as mixed. 173. Olivette Cocktaii. 2 dashes Gomme Syrup, 3 dashes Orange Bitters, 3 dashes Absinthe, f Plymouth Gin. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass with olive, and squeeze lemon peel on top. 174. Orange Blossom. Juice of I Orange, i glass of Gordon Gin. Shake well and strain into small wineglass.. 175. Opera Cocktail. f Gin, J Dubonnet, ^ Liqueur of Mandarine. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass, and squeeze orange peel on top. 176. Orgeat Punch. Half fill a whisky tumbler with shaved Ice, then add I glass of Orgeat Syrup, i glass of Brandy, 1 glass of Water. Stir well, then decorate with fruits in season and serve with straws. 177. Orgeat Lemonade. Half fill a large tumbler with shaved Ice, i glass of Orgeat Syrup, Juice of I Lemon. Fill balance with Soda, stir well, and serve with straws. . E 53
