Socia Cocktail.

I teaspoonful of Sugar in a large tumbler, 4 dashes of Angostura. Mix it well, add 1 lump Ice. 1 piece of Lemon peel squeezed in glass, and pour in a b:irtle of Schweppe's Lemo n– ade. and stir. Some Moth Cocktail. 2/ 3 Gordon Gin, 1/ 3 Noilly Prat French V ermouth, I dash of Absinthe. Shake wtjl, ·and strJin into cocktail glass. Acid two pickled s:lve r onions. So So Cocktail. 1/ 6 Grenadine, 1/ 6 Calv;clos. 1/J Cinz ano Vermouth. 1/J Gin. (Invented by Mr. P. Soso, the popular manager of Kit -Kat Club, London.)

Soul Kiss. 1/ 6 O range Juice. 1/ 6 Dubonnet. 1/J French Vermouth 1 /J R ye Whisky, 1 slice of Orange. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

Southe rn Beauty.

1 teaspoonful of Syrup Citron, juice of half a Lime. 1 glas~ of Ponche-Soto, 1 glass of B randy. Shake well and strain into medium -sized wine glass. and fi ll balance with Soda. (A very popular drink :tr San Sebastia n.) - 6; -
