serve with an olive.

MARTINI

2 parts Dry Gin 1 part Italian Vermouth

3 dashes Angostura Bitters per cocktail Squeeze a piece of lemon peel on top and

serve with an olive.

If required dry, substitute French for

Italian Vermouth.

If required medium, use equal parts Dry Gin, French Vermouth and Italian Vermouth.
