2 parts Dry Gin 1 part French Vermouth 1 dash of Absinthe per cocktail Serve with two pickled silver onions.
SPANISH
5 parts Italian Vermouth 1 part Lemon Juice
4 dashes Angostura Bitters per cocktail Squeeze a piece of lemon peel on top.
SPANISH DELIGHT
This is the same as a Spanish cocktail.
STANLEY
2 parts Jamaica Rum 2 parts Dry Gin 1 part Grenadine 1 part Lemon Juice.
