HAWAIIAN COCKTAIL

Two parts of Applejack (apple brandy, if you can get it) One part pineapple juice and the juice of one lemon Pour into a shaker half-filled with very fine ice, shake well and serve.

With this serve:

Saltines Spread with butter and toasted lightly.

or

Dutch Cheese Rolls These can be bought at any good grocery or delicatessen.

or

Caviar Sandwiches Spread thin slices of buttered bread with a mixture made of half black caviar and half pearl onion. Cover with another slice of bread, cut into triangles and serve.
