SOUTHERN COCKTAIL Place a Maraschino cherry in a stem goblet. Over this pour one large pony of Bourbon or rye whiskey. Add a dash of Grenadine,one of Benedictine and one of lemon juice.

TENNESSEE COCKTAIL Two parts of whiskey, one part of Italian Vermouth and a dash of bitters poured over ice and stirred vigorously.

SA2ERAC COCKTAIL Rye whiskey with three dashes each of An isette, Absinthe and bitters.
