SCOTCH HIGHBAIL

A lot of people prefer this one with ginger ale in– stead of seltzer. And every old-timer will tell you that such people don't know a good drink when they see one. It's not the seltzer or ginger ale we worry about. It's the SCOTCH that must be in it•
