Syrup. Pernod Kirsch. Crystal Gin. French Vermouth. Dash Absinthe. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. ye ye % 1

NINETEEN- TWENTY PICK-ME-UP COCKTAIL.

1 Dash Orange Bitters. 1 Dash Gomme Syrup.

THE

NOSE-DIVE COCKTAIL,

the bottom of an ordinary tumbler. Fill the said tumbler with Water, Ginger Ale, or What Have You, until almost to the top of the small glass, then down the whole thing quickly. That is, everything but the small glass. This Cocktail is very well known among pilots on American Flying Fields.

Glass Lemon Juice. 34 Glass Kina Lillet. 34 Glass Cointreau. 34 Glass Brandy. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
