COCKTAILS

The White of 1 Egg. 2 Dashes Maraschino. I Teaspoonful Syrup. 1 Dash Orange Bitters. Ys French Vermouth. % Dry Gin. Shake well and strain into medium size glass.

SNICKER COCKTAIL.

SNOWBALL COCKTAIL.

Creme de Violette. White Cr^me de Menthe. Anisette. Sweet Cream. Dry Gin.

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. This is woman's work.

SNYDER COCKTAIL.

French Vermouth.

% Dry Gin. 3 Dashes Curasao. Shake well and strain into cock tail glass. Twist orange peel on top. 1 Lump of Sugar. 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters. 1 Lump of Ice. Use long tumbler and Jill with a bottle oflemon soda, or lemonade.

SODA COCKTAIL.

SOME MOTH COCKTAIL.

1 Dash Absinthe. Ys French Vermouth. •% Plymouth Gin.

Shake well and strain into cock tail glass. Add 1 pearl onion.
