SANGAREES.

1 Teaspoonful Powdered Sugar. 1 Glass of Sherry or Port. Stir well and strain into medium size glass, add slice of orange or lemon peel, and a little nutmeg on top.

SAVOY SANGAREE.

1 Wineglass of Sherry. 1 Teaspoonful of Fine Sugar. Fill tumbler md grate nutmeg on top.

SHERRY SANGAREE. Use small bar glass.

PORT WINE SANGAREE.

1% Wineglasses of Port Wine. 1 Teaspoonful of Sugar. Fill tumbler % full of ice. Shake well and grate nutmeg on top.

HIGHBALLS.

Use medium size glass. 1 Lump of Ice. 1 Glass of any Spirit, Liqueur or Wine desired. Fill glass with syphon sodawater or .flit ofsoda. GingerAle can be used if preferred. Add twist of Lemon Peel if desired.
