The White of 1 Egg. 4 Dashes Lemon Juice. 1 Teaspoonful of Powdered Sugar. 1 Glass Calvados. Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with soda water. The Juice of Lemon. y^ Tablespoonful Powdered Sugar. 1 Glass Brandy. Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with syphon soda water.

APPLE BLOW FIZZ.

brandy FIZZ.

BUCKS FIZZ.

Use long tumbler. J4 Glass Orange Juice. Fill with Champagne.

CREAM FIZZ.

The Juice of Lemon. % Tablespoonful Powdered 1 Glass Dry Gin. 1 Teaspoonful Fresh Cream. Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with soda water.
