PINEAPPLE FRITTERS.
Make a batter . of: 1 cup flour
2 tablespoonsful sugar 72 teaspoonful salt grated rind of a lemon 2 eggs Y2 cup milk. Mix and sift dry ingredients; add beaten yolks, lemon rind, and milk. Beat, cut and fold in the beaten whites. Dip slices of pineapple in this mix– tur e and fry in deep fat.
